Engineering the Foundations of Progress

Building the future through discipline, innovation, and enduring value.

About The Division

Magus & Abraxas Industrial Group represents the strength, structure, and systems that power the world’s essential industries.
We manage a portfolio of companies and investments focused on the advancement of productive capacity — turning precision, performance, and innovation into lasting growth.

Our philosophy is rooted in long-term stewardship. We believe that industrial success requires balance: between innovation and stability, efficiency and ethics, automation and the human element.

We don’t chase scale — we build strength.

Through strategic reinvestment, disciplined management, and sustainable growth practices, we ensure that every enterprise under our banner contributes to a stronger, more resilient future.

Our Mission

  • We take a hands-on, data-driven approach to management.
Our teams work directly with operational leadership within each holding to identify opportunities, strengthen systems, and modernize outdated processes.

This means tighter supply chains, smarter automation, and streamlined reporting — all while upholding the integrity of the people and places that drive production.

We view every partnership as an opportunity to elevate standards, not just results.
